Young Sala Garncarz, Gemma Butler-Woodhouse (12), is having a nightmare about her loved ones requesting letters. In labor camps, it was difficult for captives to get their mail through censorship and out to their loved ones. Sala Garncarz was regularly sent mail from her loved ones, and oftentimes they would express to Sala how badly they wanted to hear from her. Sala slept uneasily, burdened by these requests and her limitations.
