Brielle Lee is a junior and entering her first year with The Express. Brielles’ interests are painting, concerts, traveling, writing, and spending time with family and friends. She volunteers with the elderly and all ages with special needs.

Balancing on one leg, forensics student Hazel Fuhs (12) reenacts a field sobriety test using “drunk goggles.” In all 50 states, it is illegal to drive with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .08 grams or higher. Although Fuhs carried out the test with a BAC three times .08 grams, her history as a dancer made her impervious to the goggle’s effects. Forensics teacher and acting “police officer” Colleen Magaña watched in amazement.

The former shipping container will officially open during lunch on Friday, January 31. This creative space aims to showcase student talent while fostering a stronger sense of community.
