Alex McNutt is a freshman at San Juan Hill High School and this is her first year on the The Express. Alex hopes to improve her writing, leadership, and social skills this year. Alex participates in song and dance at SJHHS, and outside of school Alex enjoys competitive dance, music, her friends, and nature. After high school Alex plans to go to college and have a career in finance.

The choir class opens the Performing Arts Fundraiser with a collective performance.This fundraiser was put on in effort to help raise money for the choir, orchestra, and theater department. After choir the theater production as well as orchestra and band put on an ensemble of performances.
