A Simple Solution to the Messy Bathroom Problem
The student body is the most responsible for the unsanitary restroom conditions at San Juan Hills.
There is no need to go to the restroom to hangout with friends or vape, just go and take care of your business and respectfully return to class like a mature.
When you’re at home in your own restroom, you would never leave trails of toilet paper on the ground or write in sharpie on the walls. Bring that same respect to the restrooms at school, all it takes is common sense and a tiny bit of self control to act mature and use your brain.
To the girls: Yes, sometimes being a girl is really tough, but handle your business and make sure to clean up after yourself before leaving. It’s not that hard.
Students polled by The Express overwhelmingly voted in favor of putting seat covers and paper towels in the restrooms. Without a little bit of respect shown from the student body, our school is not going to give us these items. The toilet paper is left lying on the floor or clogging the drains of the sinks, leaving a Niagara Falls-like scene.
And to everyone, please just FLUSH! The bathrooms will stay fresh and the person after you won’t see anything that they don’t want to.
Bottom line students, act in a clean way. At SJHHS you matter, the school matters, and so should restroom etiquette.

Yes! I definitely agree with this! We don’t want our bathrooms to be like litterboxes! That’s just too ridiculous! I think we should put some handy signs all over the bathrooms to remind everyone to keep the bathroom and toilets clean and sanitized. Who wants to spread germs nowadays anyway?????
