When someone thinks of the month of February, they think of Valentines day. These Nutella Brownie Cupcakes are a perfect treat to enjoy anytime this month, and to top it off with this amazing strawberry ice cream soda.

Nutella Brownie Cupcakes

Ingredients:
• 10 tablespoons of all purpose flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup of Nutella
• A handful of Valentines M&Ms (optional)

Directions:
Combine the three main ingredients into a bowl. Then put into a cupcake pan and bake about 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. After letting them cool, top with M&MS. (Makes about 10 Brownie-Cupcakes)

Drink

Ingredients:
• Sprite
• Strawberry Ice Cream
• Whipped cream
• Strawberry Preserves

Directions:
Place a scoop or two of ice cream in a glass, pour sprite over it. Topped with strawberry preserves and whipped cream. Enjoy!

I am a senior, class of 2014,  here at San Juan Hills High School. I joined the newspaper staff because I was in it last year (as the news editor) and truly loved being in the class. It was a lot of fun to join and a great way to learn things about the high school that I had not known before. I loved being the news editor last year, and feel that having a newspaper in the school is a great way for students, who are not in newspaper, to know what is going on in their community.
