The delicacies that would go perfect for the cold weather in October are:
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Recipe:
1. In a bowl cream 1/4 cup of butter, 3/4 cup of sugar, and 3/4 cup of brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Then combine 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. After, stir in 1 cup of ground pumpkin. Fold in 1-1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips.
2. Drop them by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes or until lightly browned.
Pumpkin Latte
Recipe:
1. On the stove top or microwave, heat 1 cup of milk,1/4 cup of heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice and 2 tablespoon of pumpkin puree and whisk all of that together. Be careful not to overcook or burn.
2. Then make or buy coffee or espresso.
3. Once your coffee is made or bought , pour in pumpkin cream mixture. You can add however much if the mix or coffee you want in there.
4. Then add whip cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice or cinnamon.
