Sophomore, Elizabeth Woods, also failed her drivers test, mostly due to the rain. “I was making a right turn, and it was the day that it was really rainy and the water was covering the street. I didn’t see that there were two different lanes, I thought it was one. I went out to the left more and ended up in the left lane which counted as a lane violation. That’s an automatic fail” said Woods.

“I was like, this is a joke, I want my license.” said Woods. “It’s disappointing to fail, but at the same time, you get to take it again in two weeks,” said Woods. However, the next time she decided to retake the test was also a rainy day, and her test got cancelled.

Generally, Woods is a safe driver and she has only hit a curb once or twice. Woods has recently become a license holder and made sure that the weather was clear the next time  she took her test.
